Three-in-one connector: also known as eccentric connector, which is composed of an eccentric wheel, a connecting rod and an embedded rubber particle. The materials of the eccentric wheel are zinc alloy, iron, stainless steel, etc. At present, the industry is dominated by zinc alloy and iron eccentric wheels. Connecting rods are generally divided into two categories: all-iron or plastic iron (each of which is subdivided into various types). Embedded nuts: zinc alloy, plastic nylon, iron nuts are the most common, the three materials have their own strengths, and different materials can be selected according to different requirements.

Furniture hardware three-in-one connector installation method: the vertical connection between the panel furniture board and the board, some special connectors can realize the horizontal connection of the two boards, as well as the interactive connection of the three boards, generally used for MDF, ecological board (large core board and multi-layer solid wood board), particle board, spliced solid wood board, etc.

Installation method of furniture hardware three in one connector:

1. First, knock the tip of the plastic embedded part downwards into the circular hole of the board, making sure it is level with the board after insertion.

2. Then screw the screw into the embedded part until the metal thread below is no longer visible. Be careful not to tighten it too tightly to prevent the embedded part from coming loose.

3. Align the side plate of the screw with the hole to be inserted, and be careful not to bend the screw.

4. Align the eccentric component with the exposed screw with the cross facing outward.

5. Continuing with the above steps, rotate and tighten the eccentric component.
